The regular meeting will be preceded by a 10 am planning meeting for the District, with attendees reviewing the draft operations plan, draft changes to the strategic plan and the draft budget for 2026. There will no other items addressed during the planning meeting. Due to "zoom bombing" issues, we are no longer publishing the Zoom meeting links on the district's website. Proposed Changes to CD Boundaries

Due to ongoing challenges in filling supervisor positions, the District is considering a shift from 7 residency areas to 4 residency areas, along with 3 additional "at-large" supervisor positions that could be filled by individuals from anywhere in the county (outside the 1948 municipal boundaries). This change is aimed at increasing flexibility and improving the ability to fill vacant positions.
